Data collected
Name, email, phone if provided, requested dates, number of guests, reply preference, message and minimal technical information needed to operate the form.
Purpose
To answer your information or availability request and, if you then wish to proceed, prepare exchanges necessary for a possible rental. Data is not sold for marketing purposes.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are intended to be deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange, unless evidence, legal obligations or a contractual relationship require a different period.
Legal basis and rights
Processing is carried out to respond to steps you initiate before a possible rental. You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data and exercise other applicable rights by contacting the address above. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you consider your rights have not been respected.
Audience measurement
ValThoRent verwendet einen eigenen Zähler ohne Werbe-Cookies, um Besuche und Kontaktaktionen zu messen. Dabei werden bewusst weder IP-Adressen noch Werbe-IDs gespeichert.
Wenn später Drittanbieter-Tools (Google Analytics, Werbe-Pixel, Newsletter oder externe Buchung) ergänzt werden, müssen diese Hinweise und der Einwilligungsmechanismus vor der Aktivierung angepasst werden.
