1. Purpose of the website

ValThoRent.com presents one furnished apartment located in Val Thorens and allows visitors to send information or availability enquiries to its owner. The site is not a marketplace, the resort’s official platform or an automatic booking system.

2. An enquiry is not a booking

Submitting a form, clicking a week or exchanging a message does not automatically hold the accommodation and is not acceptance, a booking, payment or a firm option. Availability and price remain subject to direct confirmation.

3. Formalising any rental

If a rental is contemplated, the applicable offer and contract information is communicated separately in writing before commitment: party identities, dates, price, accommodation description, payment terms, any security deposit, cancellation terms and other relevant conditions.

4. Accuracy of information

Apartment information is prepared with care. Resort, piste, lift, shop, restaurant, ESF, childcare, wellness and other third-party service information can change without notice and should be checked with the relevant official operator before relying on it.

5. Mountain conditions and safety

ValThoRent does not guarantee snowfall, piste or lift opening, weather or continuous availability of all services. Instructions from authorities, piste services, operators and mountain professionals always take precedence.

6. Trade marks, names and no affiliation

Val Thorens, Les 3 Vallées, Pierre & Vacances, Le Machu Pichu, ESF en andere genoemde namen behoren tot hun respectieve rechthebbenden en worden alleen gebruikt om locatie en omgeving te identificeren.

Onafhankelijke website, niet verbonden aan Pierre & Vacances, het toeristenbureau van Val Thorens of het officiële boekingsplatform.
