The apartment is a true two-room layout: a separate bedroom helps everyone keep their own rhythm, while the living area brings together dining and the equipped kitchen. The bathroom and separate toilet make daily life easier for four or five guests.
Its strongest everyday advantage is harder to show in a standard listing: the ground-floor position and autonomous access towards the piste. Once ski boots are on and the family is ready, avoiding a long route through corridors and lifts makes mornings noticeably easier.

For experienced skiers
